CHURCH SERVICE
On Sundays, an evangelical service takes place in the Dreikönigskirche at 9:30 am and a catholic service takes place at 9:00 am in St. Joseph‘s Church.

A cigarette machine is located on the ground floor. Please bring your electronic-cash-card or pick up the „Ziggi-Card“ from the reception. Please remember that smoking is only allowed in designated areas (smoking balcony).

At the weekend and on public holidays, we serve coffee and cake in the lobby from 2 til 5 pm and in summer on the terrace.

COSMETIC IN THE FÄHRHAUSSPA
Our cosmetics department in the SPA is located in the basement. Our beauticians will be pleased to advise you about your treatments. Phone: 277. We are happy to arrange appointments for you at the SPA-reception. A price list on services of cosmetic department can be found in your room or at the reception.

DEPARTURE
We would kindly ask you to leave your room at 11 o‘clock on departure day. Your luggage can be left at reception. A late departure can be arranged, depending on future reservations. A late departure up to 13:00 - a charge of 25 € A late departure up to 18:00 - a charge of 60 €

DOGS
Dogs are welcome in our hotel. You will be charged an extra fee. Please use a dog cover or basket. A request to all dog owners: Due to hygienic reasons, we kindly ask you to not let your dog use the beds. In the restaurant and the FährhausSPA (with pool and sauna area) no pets are allowed (except the orchids room and terrace).

ELECTRIC BIKE / E-BIKE (see bicycle rental, bicycle garage)
A charging port is available for charging the battery in our bicycle garage. Please Do not charge the battery of your e-bike in your hotel room! Also, the use of electric cooling bags, immersion coils, water boilers etc. as well as open fire (candles) is strictly forbidden!

FIRE ALARM
Throughout the hotel there are fire and smoke alarms installed. They trigger automatically in case of smoke or fire (including cigarette smoke). In such an eventuality never use the elevator.
